NetcMail
This is a multi-user mail client,
similar in function to Outlook Express, but much more sophisticated and
versatile.
I used it extensively during testing,
and it is now the only mail client I use - Outlook Express is like having both
hands tied behind my back!
It can be installed on a network, with
multiple client installations accessing a single data store on one
machine.
Its database will hold vast numbers of
messages, which can be searched quickly and easily.
Incoming mail can be filtered into
folders using a wide range of criteria.
Multiple messages can be exported to
text files in one operation - invaluable when archiving messages, and you want
to keep all messages in a folder together.
